1. They have been personally and publicly recommended 3 times by paying clients.  Thinking hire has contacted each reference and has verified the authenticity of the reference.
2. They must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in their discipline with at least 3 years working as a contract employee.
3. At least once, they have been offered a full-time position as a result of working with a client as a contract employee.
4. They have completed and passed a Thinkinghire assessment.
5. They are fully prepared to work with you as a contract employee as a 1099 Status in a full-time capacity.
